No Showers on P-day! |

12-1-00: P-Day
I love P-day. It's SO nice to relax. But there's still all sorts of stuff to do. I have to write 20 letters. I won't get them all done today, but I'd like to get a good chunk done.
I re-read Carrie's letter a bit more objectively: I've decided it wasn't SO bad. I'm thinking I was in a weird mood when I read it. I just expected more. I'll write her again today.
I got a bunch of letters returned because I put too much stuff in them with insufficient postage, so I bought some new postage and sent them our again, therefore Carrie will be getting 2 letters each a day apart. Oh well.
We went early this morning to the store to buy food at 8:30. Now it's 10:30 and I get to really start my P-day. Somehow we've started a tradition of not showering on P-day...I don't know how, but it's a tradition nonetheless.
Tomorrow is my 3 month mission anniversary - My 1 month mission field anniversary. |
